We offer a variety of investment options and resources so that everyone can make retirement a priority.

Basic Retirement Account

For all eligible faculty and staff, our Basic retirement benefits can be an excellent way to save for the future. Open to participation after one year of employment at Northeastern, when you contribute a minimum of 5% of your pay, Northeastern will contribute 10%.

Supplemental Retirement Account

Enrollment is available to all benefits-eligible employees upon hire. Includes hardship withdrawals, loans, and in-service withdrawals.

Exceptional offerings, even after retirement

Northeastern benefits don’t end after retirement. We ensure eligible university employees retire well with continued offerings, including free tickets to campus events and tuition scholarships for two courses every academic term, full tuition for dependent children who qualify for admission, parking on campus, and more.
