Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) provide strategic guidance and human resources support to leadership in areas that are essential to our success as a university – talent acquisition, talent management, and talent development.

For managers and leaders across the university, HRBPs are here to provide coaching, advising, helping lead strategic initiatives including workforce planning, and partnering with leaders and stakeholders to achieve their business goals.

Leveraging their unique strengths, HRBPs work with key contacts and managers to create a productive and consistent experience for faculty and staff, and foster greater performance, productivity, and engagement within our community.
