Healthy You Program
Healthy You is a series of programs designed to help you understand, improve, and maintain your health. It features a variety of opportunities, including walking programs, exercise classes, educational programs, and more.
As part of the Healthy You Program, Northeastern offers wellness programs to help you reach and maintain your health goals, as well as the opportunity to earn yearly cash incentives with Virgin Pulse up to $400 per year.
For a modest fee, Boston faculty and staff can access the Marino Recreation Center on campus, among other amenities.
Navigating life’s challenges
When you or your family need help with problems affecting work or life, we provide access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), New Directions, that offers support and guidance through life’s challenges.
Assistance to support family needs
U.S.-based, benefits-eligible faculty and staff have access to the nationwide network of child, elder, and service providers at Care.com. In Boston, faculty and staff looking for quality early-childhood education and care receive priority status at The Russell J. Call Children’s Center.
